BAGS Across the Globe Team

Posted by

Ann Savageau’s BAGS Across the Globe project (see story) was completed with a team of students from UC Davis Design Program. Eleven design students and many student interns helped to create the bags, logo, website, and exhibition materials. The BAGS Across the Globe exhibition, ‘Designing To Reduce Waste’, opens in January. These photos help tell the story.

Two student interns, Haley Gilhooly on the left and Amy Johnson on the right, hold a giant shopping bag made for the exhibition.

UC Davis fashion design intern Chantal Beigelcoryell pins together fabric swatches to make a bag.
