U.S.’s Largest Cities Pass Plastic Bag Bans

Atlanta, Georgia, May 1, 2014 (PBBR) - Yesterday, the nation's third largest city passed a plastic bag ban. Of the Chicago City Council members present, 78% voted to adopt the proposed ordinance.

Last year, the nations second largest city, Los Angeles, California adopted plastic bag regulations. New York City, the largest city in the U.S. is currently considering a plastic shopping bag proposal.
